The Dutch National Champion Stallion *Alegro comes from one of Janów Podlaski's greatest mares, Algeria. The "Queen of Janów" was one of the late Kryzstalowicz's favorite mares. *Alegro himself is by of the famous *Probat, making him a genetic masterpiece of Kuhailan breeding. Not only was he a successful show horse, but proved himself on the track with a respectable record of 15/2 (2-1-3). He has also proved to be an excellent sire, producing two Reserve National Champion Stallions in Poland and Stakes winners on the track. The picture above was taken during our trip to Poland in 1995.
