September 3-4, 1999

Wintersteen Arabians met
with fantastic success at the CAHC Fall Show, the largest
and season finale for Colorado Class A Show season.
WA
Mileniumpsyche was
2nd in his large weanling class the evening of the
Futurity. He could not, however, best his stable mate WA Pejczyk who won his 2 year old futurity
colt class and then was named CAHC Futurity Reserve
Champion Colt. WA Miss Mirabell also took her share of honors, winning the
2 year old futurity filly class. It was the next day,
however, that the Wintersteen bred horses came into their
own in the open classes. Mirabell won her 2 year old
filly class and then was named Reserve Jr. Champion
Filly. PJ did her one better though, winning his 2 year
old colt class and then taking it all, being named Jr.
Champion Colt. PJ and Jeff then won the AOTH Stallion
class, rounding out the farm's laurels.
WA Mileniumpsyche
Named Reserve Champion Stallion at 4 1/2 Months
August 15, 1999
"Psy" won his
first show championship at the tender age of 4 1/2
months. He easily bested his 2 years and younger stallion
class at the Elbert County All Breed Show and then went
reserve in the championship class to the World Champion
Paint Stallion. We were extremely pleased with his first
outing.
WA Pejczyk Wins 3rd
Grand Championship!
June 27, 1999
"Pj" wins his
3rd Grand Championship title at our local all breed show,
going undefeated in his 3 years showing. It is nice to
know that he is also appreciated by judges of other
breeds.
Melissa foals a
beautiful colt!
April 1, 1999
Our premier broodmare had
her first colt, a tremendous and exotic foal. We are
extremely excited about this addition, especially with
the pedigree he brings to the farm. For more details,

"Kiva" finds
home!

March 13, 1999
Congratulations to
Richard, Candice and Ashley Barnhill of Elizabeth, CO for
their purchase of WA Baskiva. We are very pleased that
Kiva went to such a great home!
CAHC Fall Show, Denver
CO
September 5, 1998
WA
Miss Mirabell WINS
the yearling filly class and then goes on to Reserve Jr.
Champion Filly. Mirabell was absolutely a stand out in
this very deep class of fillies. She was shown to the win
by David Lowe of Scottsdale, AZ. This was Mirabell's
first class A show win, however, we doubt it will be her
last! With this win, now 100% of our '97 foal crop has
Class A wins!!
Elbert County Open
June 21, 1998
WA
Pejczyk defends
his title won as a weanling, this time as a yearling. He
won handily the large class at at the Elbert County Open,
a local all breed show. "PJ" (WA Pejczyk) was
again named Grand Champion Stallion.
WA
Miss Mirabell also
equaled last year's effort and went Reserve Champion
Mare, this after coming in first in the 2 yrs. &
younger class. This was Mirabell's first win, something
we all have felt was long overdue by such a fine filly.
Region VIII
Championships
June 10, 1998
WA
Pejczyk showed
tremendous at the hands of David Lowe of Scottsdale, AZ.
"Pj" just missed the Top 5 with a 6th place
showing. He was used on all the judges card, above the
Colorado horses. We feel this is quite a good halter
showing for a horse of predominantly "race"
pedigree. He continues to improve and his solid
conformation is almost overwhelming.
CAHC Fall Show
August 30, 1997
 Pejczyk wins Reserve Jr.
Championship at 3 months of age.

WA
Pejczyk
stayed true to his pedigree in winning the
Weanling Colt Open. He was expertly shown by
David Lowe of Scottsdale, AZ. "PJ"
stood great and trotted out easily at the end of
the lead. He then showed back in the championship
class and was named Junior Reserve Champion
Stallion. It is quite remarkable for a weanling
to hold his own with older stallions.
WA
Miss Mirabell also showed fantastic, just missing
the win in the Weanling Filly Open, placing
second. It was one of the best filly classes in
CO in years featuring 15 quality fillies. Both
foals will be campaigned for Regionals next year.

Elbert County
Open
August 17, 1997
In preparation for the
coming Colorado Fall Futurity, WA Pejczyk and WA Miss Mirabell were shown at the Elbert County
Open, a local all breed show. "PJ" (WA Pejczyk)
won Grand Champion Stallion at only 12 weeks of age!! We
were quite pleased that PJ did so well on his first
outing off the farm. He was very confident and trotted
level in his father's style when asked for by the judge.
Though he did not stand all that well, he gave a great
look. It was great preparation for the upcoming Fall
Show.
WA
Miss Mirabell
tried not to be out done by her stablemate and went Reserve
Champion Mare, hanging on for the title after coming
second in the first class. She was by far the youngest at
only 16 weeks of age. She was not as relaxed as PJ and
made it quite difficult for the judge to get a good look
at her. We believe that she will do well against her
peers though this fall.
